The Service is operated by Mocoplex, Inc. KTRIP provides curated Korea travel content, including destinations, food guides, themed courses, and travel articles. You can browse the Service without creating an account.

2.1 Information you provide

• Language preference — the language you choose (or that your device requests), so we can show content and notifications in that language.
• Favorites and settings — items you save and preferences you set, which are stored locally on your device.

2.2 Push notification data

If you allow push notifications, we collect a device push token (a Firebase Cloud Messaging registration token) together with your language preference and basic device metadata (such as platform and app version). We use this solely to deliver notifications to your device in the appropriate language. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings, which stops further delivery.

2.3 Information collected automatically

• Technical and usage data — such as IP address, browser or device type, operating system, referring pages, and pages viewed, collected through standard server logs to operate and secure the Service.
• Local storage — small pieces of data stored in your browser or app to remember your language, favorites, and similar preferences.

We do not require you to register an account, and we do not knowingly collect government identifiers, payment card numbers, or precise GPS location.

3. How We Use Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service and its content.
• To display content and send notifications in your preferred language.
• To deliver push notifications you have opted into.
• To monitor, secure, and troubleshoot the Service and prevent abuse.

• Service providers — including Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (to deliver push notifications), hosting and content-delivery providers, and machine-translation services used to localize content. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.

Push notifications are delivered through Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, which is governed by Google's privacy policy. The Service may also link to third-party websites (for example, map services). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their policies.

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. Push tokens are retained while they remain active; tokens that are disabled, expire, or become invalid are deactivated or deleted. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security and operational purposes.

• Notifications — turn push notifications on or off at any time in your device or browser settings.
• Local data — clear your favorites, language preference, and other locally stored data by clearing your browser or app storage.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

We operate from the Republic of Korea, and your information may be processed and stored in Korea or other countries where we or our service providers operate. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to locations that may have different data-protection rules than your country.
